THE JOURNEY CURRICULUM


It consists of 3 parts - 13 weeks!

 

Part 1: Discovering What Your Body Truly Needs (Weeks 1 and 2)


The first two weeks are the foundation of your future healthy self. There’s absolutely no reason to skip it. There will be daily coaching by Eric but you won’t be making any changes during these weeks. You won’t be cutting anything out. You won’t even be reducing stuff. This phase of the program is focused on educating you about your food and your attitude towards food.

You will also learn about

  2. how to identify them as they arise in you.
