Like attracts like. In order to manifest your dreams and desires, you must get into the state of allowance.
When you meditate, you go into that state known also as the state of non-resistance. It is a state where you are allowing your dreams and desires to manifest into your physical reality. This state is very powerful because you are not thinking negative thoughts that cause the resistance.
That's why it's advisable to meditate for at least 15 minutes a day in order to speed up your manifestations.
How does meditation help?
During this meditation all your thoughts stop which means that your resistance also stops. You surrender. Your mind gets cleaner and cleaner. Your vibration raises. And with practice you start hearing thoughts that are not yours - you start hearing your Inner Being that speaks to you. These thoughts feel really good. Don't get excited because you'll stop the process! Just listen! When you come out of meditation, act on them because these thoughts are hints! Maybe you'll reach this state the very first time, maybe it'll take more days but don't give up because you're tapping into the Higher Self that knows where everything you want is and can guide you there!
