MEDITATION IS A TOOL FOR HEARING YOUR INNER BEING.
In meditation, you start listening to your Inner Being who
knows where everything you want is and
knows how to guide you there.
In order to manifest your dreams, you must get into the state of allowance known also as the state of least resistance.
When you meditate, you go into that state. It’s a state where you are allowing your dreams to manifest.
This state is very powerful because you’re not thinking negative thoughts that cause the resistance. That's why it's advisable to meditate for at least 15 minutes a day in order to speed up your manifestations.
During the meditation all your thoughts stop which means that your resistance also stops. You surrender. Your mind gets cleaner. Your vibration raises.
And with practice you start hearing your Inner Being’s thoughts because you enter a higher vibrational state! These thoughts feel really good.
When you come out of meditation, act on them because these thoughts are hints!
